Are you a milling machine operator? Why cannot you be at the same time a lathe or a press operator? You have been working with CNC machines? How about try with SMT machine within the MCD migration system? Nobody said that you cant be a specialist in several areas.

LEARN ABOUT THE WORK OF OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE YO START DEMANDING FROM THEM

MCD Electronics has a migration system. Thanks to this system you can learn about other people`s work, on which your own results depend. If you want to become a good mechanical constructor, learn about the mechanical production first, learn about the possibilities of our machines, make a few elements yourself. When time to make a prototype comes – you will do it yourself.

GO TO GEMBA, DON NOT SIT BEHIND THE DESK

You hear about a problem in the production? Elements do not fit properly? Go there! Give the people some advice. You have done this work yourself before, so you know the people`s names. Their work and their names are not unknown to you.

THROUGH WORK IN INTERDYSCYPLINARY TEAMS LEARN ABOUT OTHER AREAS

Most of the projects that you will be taking part in go through several departments in the company. You are an electronic constructor, but you must work with a mechanical constructor, an embedded programmer, a software programmer. You are carrying out the project together and you have to understand each other.

MAKE MISTAKES. ONLY THOSE WHO DO NOTHING DO NOT MAKE THEM

Do not be afraid to try, to come up with suggestions. It is important that you want to overcome temporary fault - stay hungry, stay foolish...

DEVELOP YOURSELF THROUGH INTERNAL PROJECTS

We try to do create solutions, improvements as well as necessary tools ourselves. Sometimes they are simple solutions, which facilitate our work. Other times they are projects which engage several engineers, e.g. a mechanical constructor, an embedded programmer and a software programmer.
